School Principal Message As one amongst you, I understand and appreciate the most difficult and challenging task ahead of us. Shaping the destiny of a child is a matter of great pride for each one of us. The main object of education is the establishment of a twofold harmony in every individual – harmony within his own self and harmony with other living beings in the world. So our goal has always been the personality enrichment through curricular and co-curricular activities. Teaching is much more than a career or a profession. It (teaching) is the most onerous responsibility of molding and shaping a child into a responsible citizen. I am certain my students will become productive, Intelligent and honest citizen of society. The active participation and co-operation of parents would be extremely essential to achieve the desired results. We strive with in-dominate zeal to seek fresh vistas of excellence so as to enable our students to become self-restrained and come out with flying colors in the present age of competition.

PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya Banikhet’s meritorious Class XII student, Rakshita Bajaj, has brought great pride to her school, region, and state by achieving a remarkable feat at the international level. She has been shortlisted globally in the Economics Category of the prestigious John Locke Essay Competition, earning a significant distinction.

This year, more than one lakh students from 183 countries participated in the competition. After rigorous evaluation by professors from renowned universities such as Oxford, Cambridge, and Princeton, Rakshita’s research-based essay was shortlisted. Following this achievement, she has been invited to attend the Global Conference and Gala Dinner in London, where the final results of the competition will be announced.

Outstanding Performance in the International Economics Olympiad

Rakshita has also demonstrated exceptional performance in the International Economics Olympiad (IEO), securing the National Qualifier Certificate. Competing against lakhs of students from across the country, she achieved an impressive All India Rank of 190.
